You can feel the gap.
Between what you know about menopause — your hormones, your Type, the hierarchy, the upstream work —
and how you’re actually living in your body day to day.
You’re not the woman you were when you first started searching for answers.
You understand more.
You’re more aware.
But the stability… the consistency… the energy… the self-trust —
still aren’t your normal.
You still don’t feel like yourself.
And that’s the part no one talks about.
Because this isn’t about learning more.
It’s about becoming.
After clarity comes the piece most women skip —
the identity shift.
Becoming the woman who follows through.
Who lives in alignment with what she knows.
Whose choices are no longer a daily negotiation.
From there, you build the strategy that fits your body —
create real stability in your systems —
develop the resilience to stay consistent even when life is full —
and move with precision instead of constantly guessing.
That’s when your body starts responding.
That’s when it becomes your baseline.
This level of change doesn’t come from more information.
It comes from being taken through the process,
in the right order, with guidance,
long enough for it to last.
This is where we take your body through each phase, in sequence — so you:
build real foundations
create true capacity
move into hormone optimization from a system that can respond.
Clarity → Identity →Strategy →Stability → Resilience → Optimization
Not concepts.
A physiological progression.
Your new baseline.
.
This is where you:
✔ See your Menopause Type in the context of the whole system — and know exactly where to begin.
✔ Step into the identity of the woman whose body can change — not the one chasing symptoms.
✔ Build a strategy that reflects the woman you’re becoming, not the symptoms you’re trying to fix.
✔ Stabilize metabolism and digestion so your body has real foundations.
✔ Open detox and drainage in a way your system can sustain.
✔ Regulate the nervous system so change can actually hold.
✔ Move into thyroid and hormone optimization from readiness — not hope.
No guessing.
No jumping ahead.
No trying to run the steps out of order.
The Gap You Can Feel
It’s not just the symptoms.
It’s the stop–start.
The days you feel clear, committed, like this time it’s different —
and the days you’re right back in the old patterns, the old energy, the old self-doubt.
You know more than you ever have.
You’re trying harder than ever.
And still… it’s inconsistent.
Not because you’re doing it wrong —
but because the woman you’re living as hasn’t caught up with what you now understand.
Your physiology can’t stabilize in that gap.
Structure is what closes it.
My Menopause Playbook is where your physiology and the woman you’re becoming finally move at the same pace.
Instead of implementing random strategies, you move through the 6 steps as a transformation in both physiology and identity:
Clarity — You fully understand your pattern of symptoms and know exactly where to begin.
Identity — You step into the standards, decisions, and daily actions of the woman you’re becoming, so change stops being something you try to do, and becomes who you are.
Strategy — You live from your next-level standards and create the vision of who you are becoming.
Stability — You build the metabolic and digestive stability your body has been missing and restore its ability to detoxify and clear.
Resilience — You regulate your nervous system and build strength so change can last.
Optimization — you earn the right to fine-tune hormones from a body that can respond.
Hormones only optimize in a system that is ready.
No more guessing what your body needs.
No more skipping the steps that create stability.
No more carrying this on your own.
Done dabbling.
Done circling the same advice.
Done saving posts and never fully implementing them.
Done starting strong and losing momentum when life gets busy.
Done trying to piece it together on her own.
Done hoping the next tweak will finally be the one.
Done wondering why what used to work no longer works.
Done feeling like she understands everything — and is still not living it.
Done with the stop–start.
Done with the all-or-nothing swings.
Done with the gap between who she knows she is and how she’s actually showing up in her body.
Done managing symptoms.
Ready for her body to respond.
Ready for her habits to feel automatic.
Ready for stability to be her normal — not something she keeps trying to get back to.
You don’t need another small adjustment.
You need a strategy.
Inside My Menopause Playbook, you become the woman who:
✔️ Lives from the identity she’s been trying to grow into — not the old patterns that keep pulling her back.
✔️ Knows what her body needs and trusts herself to follow through.
✔️ Has steady energy, stable moods, and a metabolism that responds.
✔️ Sleeps deeply and recovers properly.
✔️ Feels strong, capable, and at home in her body again.
✔️ Is building long-term health — not just managing today’s symptoms.
✔️ Trusts the direction her body is moving in for the years ahead.
✔️ Is finally living in alignment with the vision she has for this phase of her life and beyond.
Not because you tried harder.
But because you finally followed a roadmap designed for this stage of life.
You don’t need another tip.
You need a clear path.
If you’re ready to stop experimenting — and start stabilizing.
My Menopause Playbook is your next step.
Get Real Results
Inside the Playbook, you move beyond learning and begin applying the 6-step framework in a structured, supported way.
. No more wondering what to focus on first. Each step builds on the next so your progress actually sticks. Built in the order your body actually needs.
With multiple live coaching options each week, you’re not left figuring it out alone. You get feedback, troubleshooting, and direction.
Before taking My Menopause Playbook I was struggling with how to stay sane and balanced. After completion of the program, for the first time in 3 years, I have attainable goals and a support system in place! If you are wondering if you should take the program, then all I can say is JUST DO IT!

Step 1: Gain Clarity
Understand What’s Really Driving Your Symptoms.
Gain clarity on your Menopause Type(s) and dominant system patterns.
Connect the dots between symptoms, stress, metabolism, sleep, thyroid, and hormones.
Finally understand why your body feels the way it does.
What Women Experience:
✔ Relief — things start making sense.
✔ A shift from confusion to clarity.
✔ Less self-doubt and more self-trust.
✔ The feeling of, “Okay… now I get it.”
Step 2: Build Your Identity and Strategy
Vision. Beliefs. Standards.
This is where most programs skip ahead. We don’t.
Define the woman you’re becoming in this next chapter.
Identify beliefs that keep you stuck in survival mode.
Raise your personal standards so consistency becomes natural.
What Women Experience:
✔ A renewed sense of direction.
✔ Motivation that feels grounded — not forced.
✔ A new relationship with their body and this stage of life.
✔ Momentum that feels sustainable.

Step 3: Stabilize Your Foundation
Nutrition, Metabolism & Digestion
Before we detox. Before we optimize hormones.
We stabilize.
Balance blood sugar and support metabolism.
Build 3-in-1 complete meals that fuel energy.
Support digestion and nutrient absorption.
Reduce inflammation and midsection weight gain.
What Women Experience:
✔ More stable energy throughout the day.
✔ Fewer cravings and crashes.
✔ Less bloating.
✔ Early shifts in weight and body composition.
✔ A rhythm with food that feels nourishing — not restrictive.
Step 4: Support Detoxification
Reduce Toxic Load & Support Liver Function
Once the foundation is steady, we enhance clearance.
Understand how detox pathways affect menopause symptoms.
Support liver function strategically.
Improve drainage and elimination.
Reduce inflammatory burden.
What Women Experience:
✔ Less puffiness and inflammation.
✔ Clearer skin and thinking.
✔ Improved hormone balance response.
✔ A body that feels lighter and less reactive.

Step 5: Strengthen Resilience
Movement, Stress Regulation & Restorative Sleep
Now we build capacity.
Create a movement plan that supports (not depletes) your body.
Regulate the nervous system and cortisol patterns.
Master sleep architecture for deep restoration.
What Women Experience:
✔ Deeper, more consistent sleep.
✔ Better stress tolerance.
✔ Fewer emotional swings.
✔ A calm, steady nervous system.
✔ The beginning of true resilience — mentally and physically.

Step 6: Optimize Hormones
Thyroid, Sex Hormones & Long-Term Vitality
Only after the system is stable do we fine-tune.
Understand thyroid function and lab interpretation.
Explore hormone therapy options strategically (if appropriate).
Align support with your dominant system pattern.
Create a long-term vitality plan.
What Women Experience:
✔ Clarity around labs and options.
✔ Confidence in hormone decisions.
✔ More energy and sharper thinking.
✔ A sustainable wellness blueprint.
✔ A renewed vision for life beyond menopause.
Lori - Lethbridge, AB
Before beginning My Menopause Playbook I was uneducated in how menopause affects more than just our hormones and how there is much more than just treating the symptoms with BHRT to achieving optimal health.
After completing the program, I feel like I have a better understanding of not only the vast symptoms of menopause and how to treat them, but also the other changes in habits that are required to feel our best.
The information you are going to receive in this course is worth every penny paid. You will learn so much about different methods of using HRT, how each one affects people differently, when and why you should take it, how not only hormones, but how our thyroid contributes to the symptoms of menopause, why there is so much conflicting information and who to speak to for help.
Cheri is the most compassionate person I have ever met. She spends a great deal of her own time listening to everyone and never discrediting what others have to say. She is extremely knowledgeable in this field and is always willing to help. She is great at assessing each person individually and making suggestions on ways to approach our health care providers to ensure they fully understand what we are up against and in turn hopefully prescribe the solutions to our symptoms.
Before beginning My Menopause Playbook I was swimming in uncertainty - I had acquired a lot of knowledge/information from dozens of different social media groups, but was having difficulty finding direction, especially with regard to symptom analysis and management.
I now have reference material that is clearly accessible and sensibly laid out - I can pull up and re-assess so many different instructional points - I'm glad the sessions offered live video instruction as well as replays and printed reference material. The whole course is hugely beneficial.
Even though it is universally applicable to all women struggling with menopausal issues, Cheri's My Menopause Playbook is expertly crafted to cater to the individual user's experience.
Cheri is a caring mentor, a capable instructor, and an instant friend.
At the start of the program I had just gotten on injections BHRT and was still pretty miserable. Horrible insomnia, mood swings, low energy, no motivation, headaches daily, hardly any appetite, trouble focusing, nerve issues, depression, and hopelessness. I was having a lot of pain in my back, hips, legs, muscle aches and had not been working since November 2023 due to sciatica and spinal degeneration and bone loss. I am in osteopenia.
I joined the program because I wanted a better understanding of what was going on with my body, how I could do things other than just BHRT to improve my overall health and symptoms and hopefully help in understanding how to balance my hormones that I was taking. My vision that I set for myself as a goal by the end was to have more energy, to have better sleep and to feel like doing things again. To have joy in my life again and to be able to get out of bed in the morning.
Now that the program is complete, I’m down weight wise, and also inches. I’m sleeping a little better most nights, I’m having better days where I’m getting up earlier, getting things done, better mood most of the time, doing more of the creative stuff that I enjoy and even working a little bit.
Many of my symptoms have improved. Having days with a lot less pain and aches, less headaches. My clarity and memory is much better. I’m sleeping longer amounts of time in between waking up at night, my mood is much better, I have more energy and motivation to do things. My nerve pain is less, my depression is mostly gone and I have lost weight. I just feel better than I have in a long time. I still have a ways to go but I’m definitely improved and can see a light at the end of the tunnel now.
The amount of education and things I learned about what and why my body is doing what it’s doing, is invaluable. Many of my drs did not know any of this information and now I’m armed with what I need to get the treatment that I need to feel better. I now understand how hormones work, what your body needs to be balanced and what tests I need to have done to track my progress. Also the additional supplements, and non medical things I can do to help myself feel better is so important. I learned so many things that I will continue to work on to be the best version of myself.
I am so grateful for meeting Cheri when I did, and for the opportunity to learn from her. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about hormones and how our bodies change as we go through peri and menopause but her generosity and passion to help others goes above and beyond. You will not regret anything if you do the program. Her invaluable feedback is the bonus to all the materials she provides with the coaching. I’m definitely in such a better place because of what I have learned in the program. Lastly having others who are going through the same thing really helps to make you feel seen and understood. I learned a lot from the other women in the group as well and I’m so thankful for their openness and vulnerability throughout the weeks of the program.

When I started My Menopause Playbook, my most significant issues were low energy, sleep issues, and not feeling myself. I was changing my dosing and medication way too often, trying different things because nothing seemed to work. I posted on the Facebook group, and Cheri immediately gave me helpful suggestions. She jumped on a call with me to try to help with my situation and told me about her group coaching. I joined because I had so much to learn about menopause, and Cheri is very knowledgeable. Her suggestions from that first phone call helped me. I wasn't able to handle my thyroid medicine, and she gave me ideas to try that worked for me. During the group coaching, I set large goals that I have incorporated into my daily habits and life. My biggest goal was to be balanced, feel more myself, work on my stress, sleep 7 hours a night, and have the energy to do my workouts. I incorporated many of the suggestions Cheri recommended, like setting up a morning and night routine, doing mini movements throughout the day, and eating for my menopause type (which I had no idea about before this).
I've grown in the program, especially in my knowledge base, and I am confident that I have set healthy goals that allow me to feel my best. I understand where I should be in relation to my labs and symptoms, and I learned that many of my lifestyle choices are the cause of my symptoms. It's not just a lack of hormones like I thought. I still have a long way to go, but I'm doing my morning and night routines (mostly), eating more balanced food, which includes more carbs (yeah!), and I've even gotten some nights with 7 hours of sleep. I have all the knowledge and support to make my goals now, and I can't put a price on it. It's so important to me.
The Menopause Playbook has made a significant difference in my life and my future plans. I highly encourage every woman to do something for themselves. Menopause is not something we usually learn about from anyone, so we need to seek out knowledgeable people who can help us on our journey.
I can't say enough good things about Cheri and the program she has developed. It's just what I needed to make healthy changes specific to my issues and needs.
I have been taking BHRT for last 4 years (BioTe Pellets). It definitely improved all my symptoms and gave me back my life. But it also made a fibroid I already have grow, so I needed a hysterectomy which was done in June 2024. My Menopause Playbook was going to start after that, and so I joined to learn more from Cheri regarding the overall outlook on not just the hormones, but full self care so I could tackle my health especially with other natural products, or with exercise, movement, nutrition information. I needed tweaking of my hormones after the hysterectomy and also needed to make sure my thyroid was keeping up. So, joining the program would help me to understand what to do to get back to optimal doses and health.
I knew a well rounded program like The Menopause Playbook will not only give me the tools for overall health but also connect me with a group of others in the same boat. It has definitely helped me understand the science behind hormones and hormonal health, how nutrition and food, exercise and movement play a role on overall health and symptom management, what it means to have optimal levels of hormones and thyroid, how insulin resistance plays a role, thyroid levels and its optimal levels help. It has also made me stay accountable with my daily activities including sleep and relaxation to gain control and also stay true to my nature. The information and tools presented are definitely to be taken as daily routine activities and not as a one time do and fix. Incorporating the tools has made it life changing. I can see that even though its time to get my next BHRT round, I am able to sustain my energy levels while on vacation. So definitely has helped.
Cheri is an awesome health coach with a lot of information. She understands the science behind it, and is passionate, compassionate and takes effort to help you dissect the information and help you with your symptoms, read reports, and get you on your health track.
My Menopause Playbook is full of information, building up week after week, to see how it can all come together with tools of management, with natural at home products, vitamin and minerals, sleep and relaxation, exercise and movement to get you feeling good and overcome mood swings, irritation and feel like new.
I would highly recommend the program to anyone in Peri or already in menopause. Truly a great value program. Cheri is the best! Always there for you! and highly knowledgeable, passionate, and patient and truly is looking to make a difference in the lives of women suffering in the phase of peri and menopause.
When I started My Menopause Playbook, I was 2 years post menopause. I was struggling to re-balance my life and feel like myself again. I was stuck trying to sift through information and make sense of all the changes.
Since completing the program I have made many positive lifestyle changes. I have a much better understanding of the ways menopause affects my body and how to implement changes to continually better myself.
Having a regular check in for accountability and being surrounded by support and encouragement made so much of a difference in my ability to make the changes I needed. My quality of life is much better after the program than when I started.
You won’t regret it!
Before My Menopause Playbook, I was struggling with why my body was working against me on so many levels. Mentally and physically I was not doing well. I am now in a better place of understanding how many different factors are affecting my health. It’s not just my hormones (or lack of) working against me. It was my sleep habits , thyroid, stress , and eating habits and lack of movement.
There isn’t a word wasted in this course - everything is meaningful in working towards a healthier end. Learning how everything is connected and sometimes working against you helps to educate yourself to make better choices. I have always been of the mindset you have to be your own health advocate this course helps you learn about the whole process.
This is the kind of course that should be a part of routine health care. Some women will float through menopause without even knowing it happened, but even they would benefit by knowing what can happen to our heart, bones and mind as we age.
I realized that I had given up on the management of my hormones and was experiencing symptoms such as tiredness, waking up at night, brain fog - and decided I could do something about it. So, on a recommendation from a friend, I signed up for Cheri's program.
I am now much more informed about menopause, especially sex hormones and options that are available to me. I feel more energy, clarity and am starting to build (not lose) muscle mass.
Cheri offers an integrated program on menopause. There are so many factors that influence women in menopause - and all women do experience perimenopause and menopause differently. Cheri has gathered information from multiple sources and provides it all in one program. I highly recommend this course to any woman going through perimenopause or menopause. We do not have to suffer, there are solutions - but not many very knowledgeable resources available- and Cheri is one valuable resource!

I help midlife women stop chasing symptoms
and start stabilizing the systems driving them.
Through the Wellness with Cheri community, I’ve supported over 25,000 women in navigating perimenopause and menopause with more clarity, confidence, and control.
Because menopause isn’t just low hormones.
It’s a systems transition — and when blood sugar, stress physiology, thyroid function, detoxification, and sleep are out of sync, symptoms persist.
As a triple-certified coach in life, holistic health, and menopause education, I translate evidence-informed physiology into practical, sustainable strategy you can actually live.
This work isn’t about quick fixes.
It’s about
clarity → stability → resilience → precision
in the order your body requires.
I created My Menopause Playbook for the stage where knowledge is no longer the problem —
but living in a body that consistently responds still is.
The structure most of us were never given.
A guided progression that rebuilds your foundations, creates real capacity,
and closes the gap between what you understand and how you live.
So you’re no longer managing symptoms —
you’re moving through your days with stable energy, clear decisions, and deep self-trust
because your physiology can finally hold the change.
You don’t need more information.
You need the right sequence —
applied in your body long enough to become your baseline.
Before Cheri’s Playbook, I was experiencing headaches and poor sleep plus unhappiness with not understanding my mid section weight gain and lethargic behaviour.
With my new knowledge and healthier routines from the course, I am 100% accountable for my symptoms and have a more positive outlook on life.
To self advocate, one needs to know what's going on in your own body. Through this program, I learned the causes of my symptoms and action steps required to live a happy and healthier life!
I highly recommend getting all the blood tests completed before embarking on this course to make sense of the body systems, hormones, and numbers.
Before the playbook I was knowledgable about lifestyle supports, especially from a functional medicine standpoint. However, I wasn't sure how it all fit together in a systemic way that made sense and felt sane.
Now I have a much more connected, thorough understanding of how to support my hormones, and interpret what my body is telling me. I also understand how to approach it all intelligently and intuitively.
Cheri is incredibly wise, knowledgable, and compassionate. I have been in alternative health for over 40 years, and in fucntaionl medicine for nearly 20 years. I have never met anyone who could explain and make sense of sex hormones to me like Cheri does! The camaraderie and support from the other women in my group was also really wonderful.
Before I began My Menopause Playbook I actually had a lot of knowledge. I am very happy I completed the program and am thinking about starting BHRT. The whole program is worth it! You'll learn tons of things which will definitely help you to understand what's going on!
Cheri is the perfect conductor. She’s wise and would understand and have a suggestion for anything you need. Lovely also to be part of a group with other women trying to improve their quality of life. It was supportive and helpful! I miss it! Just go for it!
Before I started the Menopause Playbook, I was feeling conflicted about all of the mixed information out there on HRT. I was also feeling significant fatigue and had a poor exercises tolerance despite my best efforts to stay consistent.
Now that I have completed My Menopause Playbook, I am tolerating strength training 3 days per week (without significant fatigue or soreness like before). I feel a better connection with myself and know that there is always more to learn (which I look forward to!). I have a good foundation of knowledge which is important to establish before considering how hormones will affect our body. Some of this great info includes body systems, such as the thyroid; stress management, sleep, nutrition, exercise, detoxification, and creating habits and purpose.
In addition to this foundation that Cheri taught, she led a wonderful group discussion, while making each one of us in the group feeling heard and valued. She always followed up with additional information that we may have needed.
What sets Cheri apart is not just her deep knowledge of menopause, but also her compassionate, non-judgmental approach. I felt empowered, not overwhelmed, and learned how to navigate the emotional, physical, and mental changes that come with this phase of life. Whether through helpful strategies for managing stress or supplements to support specific issues, every session left me with valuable insights and a sense of having support from Cheri and the group.
Before starting My Menopause Playbook, I was taking hormone therapy; testosterone, progesterone and estrogen. I understood these levels were not optimal but I wasn't sure why and how they worked for my body.
Now I have a better understanding how HRT works and the many other factors that play a part in menopause. It's complex! I need and will continue to need assistance from experts like Cheri and functional doctors to help me navigate menopause. It's not a one time learn but a continuous journey. Forever grateful for those who are knowledgable in this subject.
Get help! Get knowledge! It's hard to figure out on your own. It's a journey and you need someone with the experience and knowledge to guide you. Cheri has been such a blessing and has such a big heart to help. Everyone needs her to help navigate menopause. If you sign up for this class you may think I might not attend all of them but once you start you look forward to the next class and the bond of other women going through the same struggles you face.

Before My Menopause Playbook, I had my hormone replacement therapy handled and figured out, but nothing else, so it wasn't a comprehensive wellness action plan.
Now that the program is complete, I have a plan to address morning routines, evening routines, nutrition, stress, and sleep hygiene.
Cheri fosters a supportive environment and is a gold mine of information. She's extremely accommodating and a skilled coach. I encourage you to dive right in!
Before My Menopause Playbook, I was trying to learn about hormone changes, from a variety of different sources. It was overwhelming to gather information and have different sources. Many of my girlfriends don't want to talk about the changes that we all go through. They are either embarrassed or think some of the symptoms are normal and this is just life and deal with it.
I feel much more informed and learned a lot. I feel more grounded and that I have the support needed as I go through this phase in my life. Thank you!
I would highly recommend Cheri's Menopause Playbook. She creates a very wam environment that is informative and supportive during this crazy phase in our lives. She's a great listener and delivers great feedback. I enjoyed how the PowerPoints were organized and very easy to understand so it's not so overwhelming.
Before My Menopause Playbook, I was lacking information on medications and generally how to manage menopause symptoms.
I am till slightly overwhelmed at the amount & detail of information that Cheri provides. I'll be reviewing the playbook over the next year to improve processes to date. Feel much better informed on comprehensive responses to menopause.
Cheri is an outstanding expert in menopause - don't know anyone as well researched and prepared as she is. She is kind, intelligent and has first hand knowledge of significant menopause symptoms and impacts. You're missing the boat if you don't join and will spend many more hours and $ finding answers somewhere else (hopefully correct ones!).
Best value for money for expert advice, group support and playbook reference materials.
I've been dealing with extreme irritability, brain fog and fatigue and unsure about where to start to work toward getting some relief and feeling somewhat normal again.
After the program, I'm still dealing with irritability and some brain fog, but I'm now aware that decisions that I make with diet, exercise, reducing and managing stress, etc. will impact my mood and health.
You'll receive an abundance of knowledge and support with this program and you'll come out of this knowing that you have the power to make changes to your diet and lifestyle that put you on your own path to balancing your hormones.
Teresa - Findlay, OH
I was waiting to get BHRT, struggling with perimenopause and everything that goes with it.
Now, I have started BHRT and am slowly starting to feel better. Cheri’s program was really helpful to learn how different foods can help in this phase of life. Cheri is full of knowledge and happy to help in any way she can.

My Menopause Playbook is a structured, step-by-step Reset designed to help you move through menopause in the right physiological order — instead of jumping between random strategies.
Inside Skool, you learn.
Inside the Playbook, you execute.
You move through the full 6-Step Reset:
Clarity → Strategy → Stabilization → Detox → Resilience → Optimization
With weekly implementation and calibration sessions, personalized guidance based on your Menopause Type, and ongoing refinement as your body shifts.
It’s not a course you rush through.
It’s a premium optimization membership for women ready to stop circling and follow a strategic plan.
The Playbook follows a clear, structured progression — not monthly themes.
When you join, you begin with the 6-Step Reset and move through it in the correct physiological order:
Gain clarity on your Menopause Type
Build your strategy (vision, beliefs, standards)
Stabilize nutrition, metabolism, and digestion
Support detoxification
Strengthen resilience (movement, stress regulation, sleep)
Optimize thyroid and hormone support strategically
You’ll move through the materials at your own pace — most women complete the Reset in 6–8 months.
Each week, you can attend live Implementation & Calibration Sessions (Wednesday or Thursday — or both). These are not lectures.
They’re focused sessions where we:
• Apply what you’re working on
• Adjust when symptoms shift
• Refine your plan
• Ensure you’re progressing in the right order
After completing the Reset, you remain inside for ongoing optimization, advanced workshops, and continued refinement.
There are two times you can choose to accommodate different schedules. You can choose the session that works best for you: or attend both. Wednesdays at 4:00 PM Pacific / 7:00 PM Eastern • Thursdays at 10:00 AM Pacific / 1:00 PM Eastern.
Each Implementation & Calibration session is approximately 90 minutes.
This gives us enough time to go beyond surface-level questions and actually refine your strategy, troubleshoot obstacles, and ensure you’re moving forward in the right order.
You can attend Wednesday, Thursday — or both.
The Playbook is evergreen, which means you can begin as soon as you enroll.
There are no cohort start dates or waiting periods.
You’ll immediately begin the 6-Step Reset and move through it at your own pace.
We begin with a 6-month commitment to ensure proper stabilization. After that, you may remain inside for ongoing optimization, advanced workshops, and continued refinement as your health evolves.
This is not a program you rush through — it’s a structured reset followed by long-term mastery.
My Menopause Playbook is designed for women who are ready to approach menopause strategically — not reactively.
It’s for the woman who:
Has already been learning (maybe inside Skool)
Is tired of trying random fixes
Wants a clear plan in the correct physiological order
Values structure and implementation
Is willing to be consistent
Is ready to stop circling and start executing
Most members are high-functioning women who don’t need hand-holding — they need clarity, calibration, and a structured path forward.
This program is not designed for someone looking for a quick fix or passive content consumption. It’s for women ready to take ownership of their health and follow a strategic reset.
The framework is structured. The application is personalized.
You begin by identifying your Menopause Type and dominant system pattern. That determines where your focus begins and how you move through each phase of the 6-Step Reset.
Inside the Playbook, personalization happens through:
Type-specific implementation priorities
Weekly Implementation & Calibration sessions where adjustments are made in real time
Ongoing refinement based on your symptoms, labs, and responses
In addition, members have access to specialized GPT tools inside the program.
These tools help you:
Clarify what step to focus on
Interpret patterns in your symptoms
Reinforce your learning between live sessions
Stay aligned with the correct order of the Reset
The structure remains consistent.
Your execution is individualized.
Because menopause is not one-size-fits-all — and neither is this Reset.
While individual results vary, members commonly experience:
• Steadier energy
• Better sleep
• Reduced hot flashes and inflammation
• Improved mood stability
• Weight and inch loss
• Fewer headaches
• Clearer thinking
• Greater stress resilience
• Increased confidence navigating labs and hormone decisions
The deeper result?
Clarity. Stability. Resilience. Control.
Live attendance is encouraged but not required.
All sessions are recorded and available inside the program.
If you can’t attend live, you can watch the replay and apply the guidance.
However, attending live allows for real-time calibration and faster refinement.
Most members spend approximately 2.5–4 focused hours per week inside the Playbook.
This includes learning the current phase, implementing adjustments, and attending (or watching) one 90-minute Implementation & Calibration session.
The Reset is designed to integrate into real life — not require you to pause it.
Strategic layering replaces drastic overhauls.
Most programs either focus on symptom management or lead with hormone therapy.
The Playbook follows a systems-first, order-based Reset.
You don’t jump to optimization before stabilization.
You don’t layer supplements onto unstable foundations.
You don’t treat menopause as a single hormone problem.
You move through a structured 6-Step progression designed to rebuild clarity, identity, stability, resilience, and then precision optimization.
That sequencing is what makes the difference.

The Playbook is for women who are ready to move beyond monthly themes and follow a structured Reset with intention.
If you’re still exploring and gathering information, Skool is a great place to stay.
If you’re ready to execute in order — this is the next step.
Clarity grows through action. Feel free to schedule a free discovery call to help you decide if it is the right next step for you.
Most women complete the 6-Step Reset in 6–8 months.
After that, you move into an ongoing optimization phase — where we refine labs, hormones, resilience, and long-term vitality.
Some members remain for continued calibration and advanced workshops.
Others step back once they feel steady and confident.
There’s no forced graduation — only progression.
Yes. Many members are already on hormone therapy or other medications.
The Playbook does not replace medical care. It strengthens the foundation that allows treatments to work more predictably.
Rather than leading with hormones, we stabilize the systems that influence hormone response — then refine strategically.
You’ll gain clarity so you can have more informed conversations with your provider.
Weight gain in menopause is often a signal of underlying system instability — not simply a willpower issue.
Inside the Playbook, we do not chase weight loss directly.
We stabilize the upstream systems that influence weight regulation, including:
Blood sugar and insulin patterns
Cortisol and stress response
Thyroid function
Inflammation
Sleep architecture
Detoxification and digestion
As those systems stabilize, many women naturally experience:
• Reduced midsection inflammation
• Inch loss
• Improved body composition
• More predictable metabolism
• Fewer cravings and crashes
The goal is not aggressive dieting or restriction.
It’s restoring metabolic stability so your body can respond appropriately.
Weight shifts often follow — but they are the byproduct, not the primary target.
As a Playbook member, you receive full access to the Skool community — plus a higher-level implementation environment inside the Playbook.
This means you’ll have:
• The broader Skool community for monthly wellness themes and education
• Two Ask-a-Coach sessions per month inside Skool
• Ongoing discussion and connection
I
n addition, inside the Playbook you receive:
• Weekly Implementation & Calibration sessions
• A focused environment of women actively moving through the 6-Step Reset
• Higher-level conversations around stabilization, thyroid, hormones, and optimization
• Direct refinement as your body responds and shifts
is where you learn and stay connected.
The Playbook is where you execute and refine.
Together, they create layered support — without overwhelm.
No.
The Playbook is designed for women who want to approach menopause strategically — whether they’re experiencing disruptive symptoms or simply noticing subtle shifts.
Some members join because they’re dealing with:
Sleep disruption
Weight gain
Mood instability
Hot flashes
Brain fog
Others join because they want to:
Prevent further instability
Optimize thyroid and metabolic health
Strengthen resilience
Make informed hormone decisions
Protect long-term vitality
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit.
In fact, many high-functioning women join before symptoms become severe — because stabilization and optimization are far easier when addressed early.
This is about building clarity and resilience, not waiting until things unravel.
Every woman’s starting point is different. Your results will depend on consistency, physiology, stress load, and how long underlying imbalances have been present.
What I can promise is this:
Inside the Playbook, you will not be guessing.
You will follow a structured, systems-based Reset in the correct order. You will receive ongoing calibration. You will understand what your body is responding to — and why.
If progress feels stalled, we adjust.
If symptoms fluctuate, we recalibrate.
If something isn’t working, we refine the approach.
The goal is not perfection.
It’s strategic progression.
Most women experience meaningful shifts when they follow the process consistently. And even when symptoms don’t resolve overnight, clarity and stability improve significantly.
You will leave this program with more understanding, more structure, and more control than you had before.
No.
The Playbook is structured so you begin at Step 1 and move through the 6-Step Reset at your own pace.
Members may be at different phases, but everyone follows the same progression — in order.
There is no “behind.”
You are simply at your current step.
And weekly Implementation & Calibration sessions ensure you stay aligned, no matter when you begin.
Life happens.
Because the Playbook is evergreen, you can move at a sustainable pace. All materials and sessions are recorded, so you can catch up when needed.
This is not a race. It’s a structured progression.
Consistency over time matters more than perfection in a single week.
No.
The Playbook is educational and strategic. It does not replace medical advice or treatment.
All medical decisions — including hormone therapy and medications — remain between you and your healthcare provider.
The program helps you understand your body more clearly so you can make informed decisions.
